- Day 2: Increasing Project Delivery Ratio: Pitfalls & delays mitigation, SAP Activate methodology, agile/hybrid approaches, workflow streamlining, SAP Solution Manager utilization, and project planning workshop.
Days 3 & 4 (KPIs, Risk Mitigation, Negotiation & Capstone Plan)
- Day 3: Enhancing Operational KPIs and Risk Mitigation: Monitoring uptime and transaction speed, database tuning, SAP Fiori UX enhancement, risk assessment frameworks, disaster recovery, and KPI/risk workshop.
- Day 4: Efficient Negotiations and Resource Planning: Vendor contract negotiation, conflict resolution, resource allocation across phases, internal vs external resource balance, and final comprehensive IT management plan workshop.
